What are the best aspects of this product?
I like its modern interface. It's really easy to use. Once we included initial work in setting up templates and including assets, it's a lot easier now in preserving and updating proposals as well as the process of training as we move along. Report features are awesome. I like seeing comprehensive analytics of the sales team as one and certain metrics related for each proposal.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've had issues editing our own proposal template. We gave it a try in making our proposals image-based and attractive to look at. Linking images in documents are hard. But I'm able to get things to work through code edting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can now streamline and make customizations to our sales process. Our sales team not only became organized, Octiv fostered an easier means in colloboration and enhancing our sales proposals. It's nice to have proposals with an attractive appearance and that "presentation" feel.
