Very easy to use, automates a lot of your daily tasks and the app is so easy for our fieldworkers to understand and use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One aspect to note is that while OctopusPro offers extensive features, navigating through all of them can initially be overwhelming for new users. However, with time and guidance, mastering the system becomes easier.
