Pros: Very easy to use, automates a lot of your daily tasks and the app is so easy for our fieldworkers to understand and use.

Cons: the locations are a little bit hard to setup but we understand why

Pros: Managing a large team of technicians that do different types of services across different cities and locations. Advanced booking forms and custom fields for services with prices set up for to generate accurate quotes easily. The customer portal allows customers to book their services themselves quite easily. Also the app is amazing and so easy for our technicians to use to get notifications about their bookings and update their booking statuses, as well as invoice and charge the client by credit card on the spot. Ability to manage multiple calendars quite easily in one screen.

Cons: We wish there was a drag and drop on the calendar but we understand it's difficult to do as OctopusPro allows for events on the calendar that could have multiple visits and also multiple fieldworkers assigned so a drag and drop feature won't be possible due to the complexity of the functionality the software provides.
