OctopusPro has clearly invested in making its platform scalable without requiring deep technical expertise. While the platform is powerful and feature-rich, its modular approach means businesses can start with the basics and scale up gradually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None that I could think of. Bulk data imports (customer lists, historical jobs, staff profiles) can be completed via CSV or API integrations.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

None that I know.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A dedicated onboarding specialist is often assigned to new clients, especially larger teams.
