What are the best aspects of this product?

Since we enlisted back in 2024, Octopuspro has been essential to our daily operations. Our Sales Team can effectively access the leads created in the pipeline thanks to the platform's high level of user-friendliness.
I also like how simple it is to use the reporting part. The reports are readily available for customization to meet our business requirements and the objectives set for our sales staff, and they are simple to export.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing that we dislike about Octopuspro so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to chat with team on the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Octopuspro allows the ability to reach our customers in mass Marketing emails which is great! We also enjoy the ability to easily track our Sales Teams.
