What feature of Octopuspro is the most beneficial? With just a few clicks, I can easily purchase alternative numbers for various nations, states, and areas. I appreciate that I may select area codes to obtain particular cities and suburbs. This is quite helpful because calls are frequently flagged as spam on the caller ID nearly immediately. By selecting the area code, I can be extremely particular about where I'm calling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a lot of options to choose from, I just don't use what I don't need.

This is a CRM for a sales team that wants to integrate email, phone, SMS and work fast. Entering a new lead takes seconds, updating a lead takes seconds
