What are the best aspects of this product?

Odoo helps us find partners worldwide. It is modular and scalable. This is thanks to being a real open source ERP. Anyone can access the code for its free version and use to extend the application’s use or even create a new app. Odoo also interfaces well with other solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having more than five apps on premises is very expensive. Odoo, I feel, can lower their price. They are pretty expensive compared to other open source applications like OPEN BRAVO. The price can be made fairer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Odoo helps us in control management and it keeps our processes in good order with excellent productivity. There are a lot of options to choose from in Odoo official apps. There are a lot of add-ons thanks to the active user community that it has. Having this is boon when you have an ERP.
