What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how easy it is to configure the accounting field and customize the workflows and fields. Also, the vendor’s technical support is commendable. Whenever we have concerns and contact the support, they’ll give us immediate response and help us fix software issues in no time. It is apparent that the team knows their business very well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Just like most quality, feature-rich software, Odoo is quite expensive. The amount of money you need varies depending on the number of applications used and the number of users. Since we are utilizing various apps like accounting, manufacturing, sales, etc., this product actually costs us a lot. But it's a good investment. We are also having a bit of difficulty working on complicated maintenance adjustments and accessing third party BI platform integration. The reports also need improvements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Odoo has become our company’s central system. So aside from using it for sales, we also utilize it for buying fields, billing, accounting, and even in manufacturing.
