Free product and it works perfectly for small size business

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Odoo is the fact that it offers its options for free. Provides huge amount of capacity for personalization along with the modules. It is an open source, which is very helpful for me. It’s easy to set-up and to use. It is so flexible that it can be customized on every level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the API, it is complicated for me because of the fact that Java is fully integrated with API it creates close-source and it is poorly documented. There are no references with iPhone. The IMO has requirements to work without lag.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work in small sized company but we are connected with the big guys too, lot of them use SAP but we decided to implement Odoo. We were able to resell lot of Odoo deployments, and it helps me in developing Android apps as well.
