I highly recommend Odoo

What are the best aspects of this product?

With its open platform features I can add system options that I need and at the same time I’m not required to pay for the options that I don’t need. I love the ability to test new app or optionality on a demo version so I can be sure that it works the way I want before purchasing it. Odoo’s customization features are great for capturing all special requirements of the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We use the Enterprise version but we cannot add on open source apps. In my opinion they need to work on its API integrations with external sources, we wanted to create automated integration for communication taxation but without success. We have to hire a developer that would write codes so we can work on both systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a system that would help us to handle the whole business process starting form sales, to invoicing and at the end to shipping, in one system. Odoo managed to integrate all these pieces into one place and now we can easily manage the whole process from one place.
