What are the best aspects of this product?

The good thing about Odoo is the fact that allows you to do everything, it is great tool for managing CRM, HRM, ERP and many others. It offers great integrations and even 3rd party extensions and this helps you to implement functionalities you need. But, the most important thing is that you can use it all for free, yes, there are some functionalities that you have to pay in order to use them but overall the product offers what your business needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience I feel that the product can be complicated, but once I learnt how to use it everything becomes easier and user-friendly. At the beginning I had some issues with the installation and set-up, but it’s not as difficult as it seems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product can be used for various purposes, such as: accounting, inventory management, HR management, CRM, marketing, fleet management, marketing activities and planning, e-mails. It’s free than other product that offer same options like Microsoft Dynamic or even SAP. It saves me lot of time and effort for some management tasks. Also, I’m very satisfied with integration with online store and marketplaces as well.
