What are the best aspects of this product?
Oktopost is a breakthrough in social media management. When I am using it, it feels like I’m ‘housing’ every listing and publishing under a single roof. In fact, Oktopost used to have a link editing/preview option before any social media did.
I also like the support they provide. I am always impressed by their timing and responsiveness, and I like the fact that they are always working on some modern updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was a bit afraid with the interface at first, as it seemed rally difficult to understand. Still, I was a fresh user, per se somebody that never dealt with so many features. I think this won’t be an issue for experienced users.
Another thing they could improve is ‘personal engagement’ within the software. It would be perfect to make personal contributions, or to collaborate with ad managers from other media directly from the platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Complex workflows, personal engagement, and mostly needs identification. We boosted quality to make Twitter presence outstanding, and the relationship with our influencers has never been this good.
