PROS: With Oktopost, I have all of my social media activities aggregated in a single platform. Setting up campaigns and tracking results is very easy, meaning that you can add themed lens for your messages across different channels. I appreciate their in-app support too, not just because they answer on time, but also because the team is very well-prepared. Summing up, the tool is fantastic for every B2B marketer looking for innovative and effective SM solutions.

CONS: At first, Oktopost was not reporting on the size and growth of any platforms’ audience, but I reported the issue and they solved it quite fast. I cannot explain you how satisfied I was that my opinion was taken into account.

PROS: Oktopost is a breakthrough in social media management. When I am using it, it feels like I’m ‘housing’ every listing and publishing under a single roof. In fact, Oktopost used to have a link editing/preview option before any social media did. I also like the support they provide. I am always impressed by their timing and responsiveness, and I like the fact that they are always working on some modern updates.

CONS: I was a bit afraid with the interface at first, as it seemed rally difficult to understand. Still, I was a fresh user, per se somebody that never dealt with so many features. I think this won’t be an issue for experienced users. Another thing they could improve is ‘personal engagement’ within the software. It would be perfect to make personal contributions, or to collaborate with ad managers from other media directly from the platform.

PROS: It doesn’t just save time, it creates it! You can forget about manual messaging or publishing on the LinkedIn groups, or even Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. That took like forever! What Oktopost does is to schedule a single message across different groups in almost no time. I am posting my content or even the content of colleagues on groups I am not even following. As if this was not already enough, the software eases communication with product experts, and engages them much more because they can transfer the writing assignments to me. Besides, once you cut marketing into separate initiatives and campaigns, you spare yourself a lot of tracking issues.

CONS: I can’t add content from Oktopost to Google+ groups; it is only possible on the profile page.

PROS: Well-wrapped feature set, totally worth of the money! Oktopost is cool, powerful, and user-friendly, easily navigated even by savvy users. I love being able to create so many messages housed under the same campaign, because it means that I’m already making a format and gathering data for my final reports. Pretty straightforward, not so much philosophy in there, and best of all: absolute freedom for creative data modifications. My favorite feature is ‘Message Assets’: it directs my content towards all social networks, and it stores it for eventual reuse, instead of making me insert it over and over again. It saved me one hell of a time, that’s for sure!

CONS: I don’t really understand this stuff, but the browser extensions seem a bit weaker than they should be. I use Buffer outside work, and I got used to them sending highlighted text or images straight to my queue, so this is a bit odd. Still, I believe I can get used to Oktopost too. After all, it gives me features that other tools don’t have (multiple posting, tagging content, using GIFs in image columns, etc).

PROS: People, it’s EASY. I mean, EASY-EASY! Some of you may think that Buffer has better functions (I’ve worked with it, it does a good job), but Oktopost works exactly as I imagined a perfect software to work. I adore its compatibility to LinkedIn because it helps me to communicate with my assistants and to pull off perfect reports. It pairs quite awesome with third-party conversion software (GoToWebinar, for instance). It’s awesome; I don’t know what else I could say about it. Oh, Chrome extensions are perfect too! I almost forgot that.

CONS: It’s not the most affordable software ever, but it is a smart investment.

PROS: The three things I absolutely adore are the reporting tool, the transparence of my social sharing activity, and the intuitiveness of the interface. Once you get a tool like this, you start being thankful for every improvement they make, and with Oktopost that happens quite often. I’m always curios what else can be done to improve my experience, and I often think that’s not even possible. The tool is just impeccable! Great support habits are in there too, enriching the smart UI configuration and the experience of social sharing. It’s fun and I really hope they’ll keep up with the good work

CONS: I think they should enable us to change sharing dates, that could be useful and smart!

PROS: I've been working in social media space for about 10 years and have used other products, but this one has been by far the best for my needs in scheduling posts. My favorite part of this tool . . . well there are two, is that it adds on the UTM code for you rather than having to manually create these tactic URLs and that you can manage posts within campaigns. So when you're clients need data for a specific campaign, it's very easy to extract the data rather than trying to merge various sources together and then self identify posts. In addition to the functionality of the tool, the company itself is constantly asking how to improve the tool and wants to hear from their customer.

CONS: There is only one thing I dislike, and it is the inability to export already scheduled posts (so that I could send them to my clients). Instead, I’m doing a screencap every time, and it takes a while.

PROS: Let me summarize the three top features (according to me): Easy scheduling of posts to different social platforms Great content feeds that help me choose all sorts of topics and content to share on social media. Even better conversion tracking, thanks to which I can see which content, is being converted (whether users are buying my products, for instance). An overall estimation would be that I upgraded my decision-making to a completely new level, and I am only sharing content that invokes conversions on my website.

CONS: I like it as it is, but I’d like to see some improvements in future. An interesting change would be to exclude unconfirmed sharing of share-ready messages, or to introduce a feature that can create ‘anonyms’ tracking lines without posting whatever on social platforms. I know, it sounds too futuristic.

PROS: Helps me develop realistic results because it grants open access to campaigns and complete conversations in related LinkedIn groups. Allows me to compare and evaluate effectiveness of various working groups, and doesn’t waste my time. The social inbox is particularly useful, because I can reply straight from there instead of letting millions of emails pile on my account. Finally, it reduced the time and effort I used to spend doing LinkedIn marketing. I find it much more effective his way!

CONS: Nothing at all! I am completely satisfied with the product. They are still developing some features, but I’m positive that it won’t take a lot of time.

PROS: I like the ‘Autoposter’ feature available for most of the campaigns. It enables me to employ my creativity, and it fulfills the gaps of my unique posts. There is also an integrated calendar which eases visual scheduling of campaigns.

CONS: It’s good that I have the notifications, but not all of them are trickled straight into the platform. It somehow limits me from keeping the platform fully operable, and I cannot perform all of my activities from there. Instead, I log in on every profile separately, just in order to check shares, likes, or comments. Another thing I would appreciate is HubSpot integration.

PROS: I see that they’ve done some serious research before arriving to the interface they have now. That’s why the tool is not only powerful, but also intuitive and interesting. Analytics and reports are professionally executed, and you can appoint a different schedule for each task/position. It is our ‘vehicle’ for different networks and social groups, and we would be glad to recommend it to every B2B interested in LinkedIn integration. It’s probably the very best product available on the SSM market.

CONS: We are discussing a big investment in quality: What could I possibly dislike? I guess that some of you could get frustrated because of the lack of traditional cross-posting, but there is a good reason why such is not included here. To start with, how could you do universal cross posting to some many different social networks? Did you happen to think it was a disadvantage? Every mechanism is different (140 characters on Twitter, no hash tags on LinkedIn), and so it’s its audience. Here, you have to write a separate update for each network, but that won’t be of any concern because you have the copy-paste option in your sleeve.
