What are the best aspects of this product?
The three things I absolutely adore are the reporting tool, the transparence of my social sharing activity, and the intuitiveness of the interface. Once you get a tool like this, you start being thankful for every improvement they make, and with Oktopost that happens quite often. I’m always curios what else can be done to improve my experience, and I often think that’s not even possible. The tool is just impeccable!
Great support habits are in there too, enriching the smart UI configuration and the experience of social sharing. It’s fun and I really hope they’ll keep up with the good work
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they should enable us to change sharing dates, that could be useful and smart!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There was a wide range of issues to deal with, but mostly time. We were always running out of time! Now is different: I am not torn between all sorts of media and irresponsive interfaces, but I share content with a single click instead. The best thing about it is that I get to decide when to share and where to share, and I keep all ROI analytics steady and ready (in one place).
