What are the best aspects of this product?
People, it’s EASY. I mean, EASY-EASY! Some of you may think that Buffer has better functions (I’ve worked with it, it does a good job), but Oktopost works exactly as I imagined a perfect software to work. I adore its compatibility to LinkedIn because it helps me to communicate with my assistants and to pull off perfect reports. It pairs quite awesome with third-party conversion software (GoToWebinar, for instance). It’s awesome; I don’t know what else I could say about it.
Oh, Chrome extensions are perfect too! I almost forgot that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s not the most affordable software ever, but it is a smart investment.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was waiting for Oktopost to happen to me, because I am one of those ‘social media nerds’ that spend hours posting content on social media. I dealt with apps that really exhausted my patience, which is why I appreciate this one so much. Now, I can also manage third-party content in an easy and efficient manner (on LinkedIn particularly!). You wouldn’t believe the money and the time it could save you (just recently, an assistant found some affiliate content that worth approximately 4K in profit!).
