What are the best aspects of this product?
Olark is very easy to implement in any department. I work in sales and use Olark to communicate with potential leads that come to out website. We aso leverage its live chat feature to deliver support. Olark is simple that it is quite easy to transfer someone to another operator without having to exit the application.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do not have any issue with Olark although I have experienced a couple of service outages within the past 9 months. Such occurences are rare though.

Olark makes engagement with potential prospects or leads quite easy. We also find success with Olark as a customer support tool in dealing with support related questions and tickets with existing clients.
