What are the best aspects of this product?
Attracting high value traffic is a challenge for many online businesses. So is converting that traffic into happy and loyal customers. Olark has been able to help us with that. The tool allows us to create our own personalized to attract customers and engage them directly with our support reps. Olark also makes tracking customer movements and analyzing their sentiments easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do find that Olark has come compatibility problems in terms of maing it play with applications crafted using older technologies and platform. As the application undergoes frequent upgrades, the API used to integrate the tool may change as well.
