What are the best aspects of this product?
Olark has recently become our live chat solution and it is clear that our customer love it. The system instanly provided our clients with quick and easy access to out world class support group and that really made them happy. We initially implemented Olark on a small scale and after seeing that everything was so smooth, we decided to open up Olark to our whole client base. While the majority of our user base belongs to the older demographic, they didn't have a hard time using the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would have loved it if Olark can provide us with more information like automatically. I believe it would be very beneficial to us if Olark can automaically retrieve information about the person on the other side of the chat.

Olark gives us an effective live chat solution that allows us to deliver customer service in a way that phone and email just can't. With Olark, our customer service bas evolved to becoming faster and more reliable.
