What are the best aspects of this product?
Displays the online availability within color scheme. It also boasts of a very advanced system for rating. Integration with other applications is also easy. It's fun and easy to customize the platform, injecting brand elements for more oomph. The visitors analytics are also reliable. I love how Google is supported and that the system is designed to responsive on mobile screens. The live support feature is web-based and easy to embed to other framework or applications. Chat operators instantly engage us via their web browser live chat tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software could have been more price friendly. Their free accounts cannot create more than 20 conversations a month. There are instances when the chat bar/Javascript loads slowly. There are awesome tools that seem to be hidden even from paid users.
