What are the best aspects of this product?

I did not have any problems with the integration process. Everything was user-friendly, including the tools that are easy to use even for non-developers. Customization was a breeze. On top of that, they have an awesome customer service via their own live chat tool on their site. I have used the tool more than 10 times and everytime that I did, I always get a prompt response from their very kowledgeable support staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no bad experience with Olark. Everything is great.

Since using Olark, we have seen our conversion rates improve. By live chattng with our users, we managed to hit specific milestones within our products. We are also able to deliver answers to support questions to our users.
