What are the best aspects of this product?

As I sought the best customer chatting platform in the market, I encountered a number of them, including Olark. It comes with realtime user monitor and chat functionality that is very basic and akin to most what other customer chat services offer. Olark has useful features, including reporting, integration, departments, etc. While it does have some missing features that other solutions provide, Olark remains to be a very good service that is idea to new and small businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't find Olark as friendly as advertised. Also there are features that other customer chat solutions have that Olark doesn't carry, like file sharing, screen capture from remote, SPI call, and ticket system to mention a few.
