What are the best aspects of this product?

Easily the user-friendliest chat web software available today. Getting started wasn't a pain and customizing the tool to suit our site is a walk in the park. We upgraded to a paid version and it was a good decision. We were able to tailor our account as well as prospect engagement based on our business requirements. We are also abel to integrate the chat functionality with our marketing pages and blogs as we are generating leads and moving them along in the sales process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing about Olark that we dislike, especially after upgrading to a more advanced version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Olark enabled us to attract and capture the attention of our website visitors, engage them with their queries and respond. This results to new lead generation and lead nurturing for current ones.
