What are the best aspects of this product?
Olark delivers live chat functionality that enables you to support your product efficiently and effectively. This is big as we tend to be at the receiving end of torrents of phone calls that are usually about small questions and requests that have simple answers and solutions. With Olark's live chat feature, we can deliver the best customer service faster than what phone and email allowed us. The interface and user experience have been amazing so far. On top of that, we also get sufficient analytics on our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While Olark is a great tool, I wish we could write multiple paragraphs to better convey our solutions to our clients. I also find it a bit frustrating that they are not flexible with the number of seats they sell. I have 6 potential users yet their packages double from 4 seats to 8.

Olark's live chat has significantly reduce the volume of phone calls or team receives. The live chat functionality provides our customers with a fast and reliable way to communicate with us and vice versa.
