What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, Olark's support team has been very helpful to us. They go to lengths to assist us and we don't even have to break the bank to receive their wonderful support. That aside, the things that I like about Olark are its automated messages feature. Our company is able to automate popup messages that vary depending on which page of the website a person visits. Since we get to choose which messages to display, we can conduct A/B testing that can improve our targeting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that Olark could do to improve is to add automated chat messages as a feature. It would be a huge plus if customers can just choose between 'yes' and 'no' as answers, as they go through the sales pipeline.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because we can connect Olark with Slack, we can easily get in touch with website visitors and greet them with a pre-configured and automated welcoming message.
