What are the best aspects of this product?
It has provided a really good way for our customers to get in touch with us without having to pick up the phone. Everything has been going on smoothly with Olark, so far. We had the tool running in no time—the set-up was really easy. And the automated response options almost sound as if there’s still another human at the end of the chatbox.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although they have succeeded in making the auto-responders sounds more human, it’s still quite lacking in this area. I’d like to be able to set up a set answers for some of the frequently asked questions too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With it, we can now have a conversation with our customers. They can simply start chatting with us to ask us anything without having to surrender their data in landing page forms. Although that is the end goal, it helps to be able to establish our relationship as a services provider first.
