What are the best aspects of this product?

The automation feature is very useful as I don't have to manually send emails to every customer anymore. It also provides good reports for analytics, especially in terms of the number of clicks from known and anonymous customers. And the best part is it integrates well with Shopify.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have many complaints except having a much more affordable plan that could allow us to send 500 or more emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My open rates increased considerably as my templates are now more attractive. I was also able to reach more clients from different segments because of automation. Its integration with Shopify is also proving to be very useful.
