What are the best aspects of this product?
It follows a detailed workflow so managing abandoned carts do not cause us any problem. I also love how the reports are so detailed and easy to understand. And a great plus is their superb customer service
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing much to dislike about this application except for the relatively high price for push notifications. If it was a bit lower, we would have loved to utilize it in our company. Other than that, I am finding every feature useful and great for our business.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I've found out that there had been an increase in sales since I've used Omnisend. Because of its detailed workflow, I was able to analyze what type of email my clients find more interesting. Also, because of its detailed reports, I am finding out what campaigns work and what doesn't. I also found the use of coupons useful as it gives clients an incentive to end the payment process early. And a great plus is their customer service. I've contacted them a few times and they were very helpful. As of the moment, I am loving Omnisend and don't find any reason to find a new email provider any time soon.
