What are the best aspects of this product?

Because of its great automation tool, we were able to track what our clients want and needs from us. It is useful to see what works and what doesn't as it increases our sales greatly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't find anything unsatisfying with Omnisend. It has only been great so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Email marketing became easier for us. It lessened our workload because of its ready made templates. Plus the analytics helped us process what our customers need from our business.
