PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was able to generate more sales for our company because of its all-in-one features. We can create personalized emails and send it to targetted clients. Its segmentation tool made it easier for us to focus on what each individual segment need, giving us more revenue in return. It also works well with Shopify so that's a great plus as our e-commerce shop is in Shopify.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope I can edit the format on the mobile, as well. Currently, it doesn't have this option so it can cause some errors in mobiles. I also have complaints that some of the emails sent using Omnisend go to the junk mail of my clients. As a result, they were not able to see my emails readily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Omnisend has been very helpful so far. We were able to customize our emails, practice targetted email marketing, and receive accurate analytics regarding customer behavior. This really increased our sales greatly.
