What are the best aspects of this product?

I don't need any technical knowledge to set-up the email content. It is also easily customizable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they could offer a flat rate instead of a per-contact basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our data acquisition and reporting became faster because Omnisend was able to track the website visits and orders that come from email marketing.
