Very simple to use and good for automation

What are the best aspects of this product?

The price is very reasonable for the features it offers. It is the cheapest of all the alternatives I've tried. It also makes automation easy. Even if I have no prior knowledge in creating one, I was able to create one without much hassle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wanted to make this the CRM for the whole team. Unfortunately, it doesn't have that option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to customize my emails and integrate Shopify in it. Omnisend continuously proves that it is money well spent.
