Very user-friendly and great customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the best of the best. Omnisend has a great interface that you can easily navigate. Just from taking a look at it, I already know what to do and where to click. I can also easily set-up my campaigns and online content in a jiffy. It also works with Shopify, so that's a great plus! Top it off with a great support team that is very accomodating and knowledgeable. It has everything I need from email marketing to SMS marketing. I'm just in love with everything Omnisend has to offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, I can say that I can't find anything disappointing about Omnisend. I've been using it for a couple of months now and I still haven't found anything. It is that amazing!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to produce much more professional emails and keep up-to-date with our competitors. It also helped us communicate and engage more with our clients.
