OnBase fits many of our company tasks which are great for scaling our business in many ways. The platform can also cater to a lot of software integration that makes it more robust. As a result, file storage, visualization, operation flow, and many other aspects of our business have become more efficient. This is truly one of a kind file management platform that is perfect for corporate use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Form templates are problematic to use. I hope OnBase would improve this point for better convenience. Today, we resort to using other tools to get nice looking form templates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficient file management is important because that is where many processes in our company begin before actual operations. And OnBase serves such purpose very well. It is also dependable for storing essential documents and data, and it is doing great for document float in our company.
