What are the best aspects of this product?
Hyland Onbase is a powerful product with more than 120 modules that will help you in managing any kind of document and information. You can easily and quickly make accessible the information to any social network whether it is web, hybrid, web service, API and many other. And what’s more, its workflow system offers more than 150 different options to tie a document lifecycle and this is very helpful because it provides you with any possible scenario in a business that needs to be realized. You can easily maintain the installation, but what is most important its price- it is very affordable system and yet expensive enough to demonstrate the strength the platform provides.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to features, my biggest complaint is a lack of refinement. Lack of focus on fixing bugs, and implementation of new features. Fixing bugs is great, but they need to be more focused on new features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We managed to implement the OnBase platform to every business case. The product is great and really helpful for finance, government and healthcare sectors, because it allows easy managements of large amounts of paper and any virtual documentation that is important for every business.
