A pleasant experience although experiencing some issues switching from one device to another.

What are the best aspects of this product?

OneDrive's programs work just like its programs on a desktop PC. I love the fact that it's barely different from other third party programs. Transitioning is seamless. Being able to share folders and documents and accessing them remotely are a must. I'm definitely relieved to no longer worry about copying a document to a flash drive or e-mailing stuff to yourself.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm having issues trying to switch from one device to the next. It happens rarely but it can be frustrating when a document fails to load or when I'm forced to recall/change my login. Editing documents at the same time with other users is a forgetful functionality. You'll have to start working on documents on other times or saving numerous copies of documents that have been edited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Gainging access from different locations and devices are two solutions offered by OneDrive. I get to look into or edit documents on the go. I can do it from just about anywhere. Heck, I can even do those on another computer without problems. Being able to share documents is a big benefit I'm currently enjoying.
