What are the best aspects of this product?

Been using it for the past few years and it is the best for storing files. What I personally like about this is that I can access them using my phone and desktop and I can edit them easily as well and it saves automatically. Using the selected folder in the PC I can sync my PC files in the cloud and access them on my phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaborating with different people has been easier using OneDrive. We can edit and share files online. And we don't need to worry about losing our data and if our interaction is secure because it is saved on the cloud and we can authorize who can access the files.
