Minimal effort on syncing and integrating with Microsoft Office.

What are the best aspects of this product?

No problems so far with saving my edited versions of my documents in the cloud. No missing files and/or unsaved changes lost due to logging off. So far so good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Editing files simultaneously can be tricky especially when saving a new file. I have to notify everyone to save their changes to the updated version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Strong security and a lot more accessibility of files.
