What are the best aspects of this product?

I've experimented with other password managers and was on the market to look for something new. I love how this came with a basic version (free) just so I could have an idea with what it does before making a purchase. Its service is is really affordable (a huge plus). I'm currently running a small business and cost means everything to me. It has support for numerous registration pages and an Automated SaaS app configuration (both are handy when needed).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It tends to get a little confusing. The manual SaaS app configuration instructions weren't available. I resorted to seeking assistance from support just so I can figure out everything. A noticeable disconnect can be seen between mapping and roles. This adds a bit of intricacy. However, the setup has worked really well

We were able to deal with any security problems coming our way. We benefitted immensely through cloud-based management.
