What are the best aspects of this product?
I've had experience dealing with two identity provider solutions in the past. There's no question. OneLogin is the best solution I've ever used. The product has a suite of tools and rich in features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user provisioning appears sketchy. It does function like it should. But I feel it's more troublesome than what it's actually worth. This may be related with the apps that we're currently utilizing it with.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One glaring problem we're looking to resolve was more than one user logins to a lot of disparate services. OneLogin did an impressive job in managing this expertly even if the app in play is SAML or non-SAML enabled. While it's extremely a rarity for a customized form-based form, it functions great when required. Compared to other custom apps, this one has never been a pain.
