What are the best aspects of this product?

Nice User Interface and fairly easy to get set up and started.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Really poor customer service practices. Took a week to get a response to a ticket. When asked about this no accountability was taken but rather blame passed on repeatedly.

We will not be using this product anymore
