Its remote function is definitely reliable. It functions efficiently. Using it across operating systems is easy. Having quick accessibility is a bonus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The manual login was needed for my smarpthone. It couldn't sync automatically. But this changed in the later going. So I'm thinking this may have something to do with the software update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to do remote work now. In my book, I can really feel this is tightly secure. This can be used across operating systems. It makes me confident to work remotely on any computer.
