UI is surprisingly simple. Easy implementation of company applications. One login for all apps. Password reseting is self-service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have zero list to dislike with OneLogin. It does a phenomenal job in carrying out ideas. Obviously these camefrom their "Ideas" portal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main objective here is to do things with a single sign-on process. It come with both security and user experience motivations. Way too many logins to keep in mind. OneLogin has made it easy on a user in ensuring a secure login.
