What are the best aspects of this product?

Fantastic customer service. Starting the service is surprisingly simple. It's also user-friendly. It comes with a crispy clean UI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While it's simple enough to explore, it'd be nice to bolster the robustness of its mobile app. The app can't interact with any incoming e-mails, texts, or calls. It'd be a treat to not refreshing things manually. An option should be given to get the app running offline.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OnePageCRM did a splendid job in getting our workflow organized. It also assisted in how we communiate with each other as team members. The biggest concern we're having was doing what we can to get people to understand the nature of using it. OnepageCRM's team have been a huge help.
