Pros: UI is nice to look at. Information being displayed is right up front and center. It's actually showcased in such a way that it makes complete sense for anyone to follow. The primary area of concentration is the Action Stream since it provides a way in showcasing simple to-dos without making things messy.

Cons: It's a bit of a challenge to get used to only being allowed to have a single action step when it comes for a contract. You can set queued items. Thing is, they won't be activated until the main action is through. What's more, you can't actually "finish" a task that's been queued since there's a lack of check box for other tasks associated to it that's not the primary action task.

Pros: It's a fantastic CRM for a small company. Their Chrome plugin is great. It aids in letting you add contacts while you're surfing over the internet. It also makes it simple in delegating tasks and other workflow managements.

Cons: I'm hoping it would involve sending a single e-mail when the assigned tasks are sent to you. At times, I'm able to receive several. Having one at the start of each day is actually ok with me. Right now, I'm starting to wonder if there's anothe means of getting this updated.
