What are the best aspects of this product?
I like being able to concentrate on what needs to be done next. I'm going through my checklist on a daily basis. I get to advance every item that's to be done on that day. I love the addition of widget tracking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping I could utilize teleconferencing features aside from Skype in tracking my calls. I'm using Google Voice at the moment. I'm hoping a plug into such program can be made.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I found out that I can remain focused in clearing the items from the list that I wanted to do. I can also make calls as well as taking part of conversations to help advance the sales pipeline. I love the fact that it comes with an iOS app. With that, I'm able to keep track and be able to manage my iOS devices.
