What are the best aspects of this product?
The simplicity and effectiveness of the workflow is what I really love about OnePage. I can easilyt think through the steps I need to perform with each contact. I believe the workflow is modeled after David Allen's Getting Things Done principles, which requires you to analyze things way ahead of time and deconstruct subsequent actions to its barest forms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
OnePage can take a while to load sometimes. Also, the API is not well designed and written.
