What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a fantastic CRM for a small company. Their Chrome plugin is great. It aids in letting you add contacts while you're surfing over the internet. It also makes it simple in delegating tasks and other workflow managements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm hoping it would involve sending a single e-mail when the assigned tasks are sent to you. At times, I'm able to receive several. Having one at the start of each day is actually ok with me. Right now, I'm starting to wonder if there's anothe means of getting this updated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage an average of 1,000 or so clients all year around. We do this with varying essential check-ins. We know what we can do, when, and what was being said to them so we pick up right where we started. It makes us twice as personal compared to what other CRMs are offering.
