What are the best aspects of this product?
UI is nice to look at. Information being displayed is right up front and center. It's actually showcased in such a way that it makes complete sense for anyone to follow. The primary area of concentration is the Action Stream since it provides a way in showcasing simple to-dos without making things messy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit of a challenge to get used to only being allowed to have a single action step when it comes for a contract. You can set queued items. Thing is, they won't be activated until the main action is through. What's more, you can't actually "finish" a task that's been queued since there's a lack of check box for other tasks associated to it that's not the primary action task.

OnePageCRM is actually a decent software. It looks crispy clean. It's very user-friendly. OnePageCRM works well with other relevant apps.
