What are the best aspects of this product?

The app itself is user friendly that is why our staff didn’t have a hard time learning how to use the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

UI is something that the developers need to work on especially the customization of reports. Some functions are too slow based on the feedback that was shared with me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Clients have a way to track the status and ETA of their packages. Also, we are no longer worried about hassles and delays on the road because of Onfleet’s ability to monitor the vehicle.
