PROS: There are a lot of issues that arose with our delivery process that resulted in a lot of angry customers. Acquiring Onfleet was a smart decision on our end because the process of delivering parcels from one point to another is more organized and straightforward. We can find better routes so we could maximize our time on the road. Also, there is no need for clients to call us every hour to follow up on his package because he already has the means to track it via his smartphone.

CONS: There are inaccuracies in terms of the ETA of some parcels. This can cause frustration on the receivers' end especially if they are anticipating the parcel to arrive within the day. Hoping that Onfleet can loot into this recurring issue.

PROS: The app itself is user friendly that is why our staff didn’t have a hard time learning how to use the app.

CONS: UI is something that the developers need to work on especially the customization of reports. Some functions are too slow based on the feedback that was shared with me.
